good location not too far from the city if you want to go one evening nice view from balcony (sea view room) large and nice swimming pool nice beach bar nice lobby bar little bit stony beach but nice, enjoyed the waves friendly and welcoming bar staff

Location was superb, right on the beach, waking up to the waves each morning. The staff were always friendly and really helpful with any questions or issues we had. Food was delicious and plentiful during meal times. Our whole experience was super relaxing and exactly what we needed.

I recently stayed at Rethymno Palace and had an overall pleasant experience, though there were both positives and negatives. On the plus side, the hotel was clean, located right on the beach, and had a great beach bar with friendly staff. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the huge swimming pool was a standout feature.

Food was very good, fresh and different everyday, the range of cocktails in all inclusive offer was fantastic, room and hotel was very clean, but the most important what I have to mention is Staff. People working there are extremely helpful and polite, very welcoming and their hospitality...I have never met this before in any other place, 10/10. We had such a great week in Rethymno Palace especially on the beach bar with fantastic guys working there. Thank you so much for all your heart and kindness you showed us, to make our stay such a lovely adventure! ❤ Iwona and Friends
