The host, José communicated very well before our trip and met us on arrival and explained everything. During the stay communication was possible via WhatsApp and any questions and queries were answered really well. The great communication also allowed José and us to coordinate the cleaning and a refresh of the sheets and towels at a convenient time for us all. The apartment was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen and provided pots/pans/cutlery was sufficient to cook some good meals. The location on the whole is brilliant as it's close to the key highlights e.g. Mercado, Castel, the Barrio, and it is walking distance from everything. We even walked to El Palmoral in just over an hour. It made for a brilliant stay, and we'd definitely stay again on a trip to Alicante.

Very nice studio with everything that is required. Perfect location, close tho the beach. Jose was very informative and kind host. A bit noisy day time but quiet at night. Really enjoyed my stay and as female solo traveller, I felt very safe.

Location of the appartment was excellent, the old city was just around us. We did not use public tranport, everything was nearby. Tens of bars and restaurants just around the appartment, as well as museums and the hill on which Santa Barbara castle is located. The appartment itself has everything you may need - kitchen, washing machine, bathroom, enough space, good dining place, bedroom and living room.

Very central, with a lot of restaurants and grocery store nearby. Close to the beach ( walking distance). Clean apartment, thanks to Eva !!! Good and easy communication with José ( the owner). Just 15 mins ( more or less ) to Alicant ( Alicante renfe train station ).

Owner very accomodating. Apt lovely and had everything you needed for a short break/ holiday. I liked the little extras, like mosquito devices, ability to leave luggage for a while once checked out and links sent to us about local places to visit and useful info.
