The room was clean and comfortable even if it was very small. Breakfast was cold but it was fine. Pick up service also was good.

As a transit traveler, I had to spend a night in Istanbul, and my daughter booked for me a room at Dem Premium Hotel with the airport pick-up option. I was truly impressed by the exceptional service. The driver was very polite and helpful, came right on time to pick me up, carried my luggage and offered me water and a snack right away. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The entire staff was attentive and kind. A special thank you to Yana, the Russian-speaking assistant, who was incredibly helpful. I travel through Turkey regularly, and I’ll definitely choose this hotel again in the future. The shuttle service from airport to the hotel was smooth and easy to use based on direction from the hotel. The room was good for a short stay and not far from the airport.

A hidden gem in Istanbul that provides many (and convenient) extras you do not expect from a hotel that is so affordable. Extras include: • Toiletries [Shower gel, sjampoo, toothbrust and toothpaste and even a buff for body brushing and cleaning. Even slippers are included. • Food and drink [Tea and coffee, water, juice, basket with snacks and a compact Turkish breakfast tray with delicious and filling food items • Staff: Friendly and professional staff, attending to issues immediately. • Guest staying there receive a small gift as appreciation upon check out time. It's a good hotel compared to the other ones in the area. The staff is nice, friendly and responsive. The bed is comfortable and it's quiet there.

The hotel is very nice and freshly renovated. It is really close to the airport and provides great transfer services. Check-in and check-out timeframes are also flexible,which makes it perfect for a stopover. Guests are met by really nice stuff and are offered unlimited tea and coffee at the reception. Every room has a basket with some snacks provided by the hotel. There are also lots of nice places to have dinner nearby. However, there were several strange things about the hotel: 1. Tv channels only in Turkish and Arabic languages 2. Something off with the plastic windows. Even though they were closed shut-we could hear dog barking very well. And considering that that night glissade for the airplanes was exactly over the town-it was so loud it was very hard to sleep.

The staffs were very kind and helpful. They also flexible with the check-in hour. We only stayed half day at the hotel and we enjoyed the service and the room. It is a good option if you have a short layover between your flights at İstanbul Airport.
