Unfortunately, Ballito Manor View 503 is unable to accommodate bookings for stag/hen parties or school leavers (“Matric Rage”). Any such bookings will be cancelled, with no refund given. The property apologizes for any inconvenience.Please note that no loud noise and parties are allowed on the premises. Please see the Conditions of letting that the agent will send you on confirmation of your booking.Please note that Visa debit cards cannot be used to guarantee the reservations as the card cannot be processes without the actual card being present.You will be required to provide a copy/photo of the front and back of the credit card as well as a copy of your ID or drivers licence for all manual credit card transactions.Please note a 50% deposit of the total booking fee is required 24 hours after making a booking. We would like to emphasise that we are a provider of strictly family friendly holiday accommodation, and we do not allow the following in any of our properties:• Parties / events / services
• Overcrowding (The maximum number of persons occupying the unit at all times must not exceed the number of beds.)
• Drunken disorderly behaviour
• Noise Disturbance / loud music
• No Matric Rage bookingsAll of which can be found in our Terms and Conditions of Letting and booking restrictions which will be emailed to you as soon as you have confirmed your booking and send us your details.Unfortunately, should any of the above occur during your stay we will have no option but to evict immediately without any refund. Devon “Incredible sea View, right in the heat of Ballito main Beach”

Location is fantastic, Right on the main Ballito Willards beach at the start of the promenade. There is a Checkers and Seattle Coffee and Restaurant across the road. Beautiful walks along a long promenade and easy access to the beach and the complex has lift access. Lovely pool area and very well kept building with security access
