Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.Groups:
Bookings of 3 rooms or more will be classed as a group reservation and charged a 1 night plus tax as a deposit.
A group cancellation policy of 30 days prior arrival will be applicable.
Changes or cancellations will need to be made at least 30 days in advance or the 1 night deposit will be forfeited.

Really nice hotel, we try to stay there whenever we are in town. Unfortunately the fire alarm went off the first night so our sleep was disrupted. The hot pool is really nice and the staff was amazing.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Spa is a nice area but would bring your own towel with you as they aren't always available. The bar and restaurant are both nice, with friendly staff.

Everything was pretty nice and enjoyable. The spa/pool was so good, We enjoyed that very much. Provided 3 day local roam busses passes, which was really handy. Staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Wifi was terrible. Door did not shut on its own. Yelling in lobby in early AM not dealt with by staff.

The standard of customer care in all parts of the hotel was excellent - friendly helpful and attentive staff. The ski shuttle picks up right outside the door also no issues with keeping skis and boots in the room......

Great location - very handy for local bus and ski shuttle, and a short walk into town. Lovely hot pool - like a huge jacuzzi.
