The location is wonderful, located in the middle of the Gothic quarter... A few steps from Rambla street. The staff are so friendly. There are lot of traditional shops nearby.

Staff, location, overall ambiance of the hotel, including the smell in the lobby, the bar, the rooftop, and overall hotel decoration - stylish and with the taste. Nice city hotel to spend couple of days/a week in Barcelona. Rooms are also nice and well decorated, fresh.

Excellent customer service.. they treated you as a guest and made sure that your stay was the best it could be - this meant offering a room upgrade which was available (paid for at a discount rate), recommending restaurants and booking taxis as well as consistent conversations, check up and room cleans throughout the stay.
