Great little guest house. Stayed here a few times over the last couple of years (I think there is new ownership now though?). Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Great location right in the heart of Betws-Y-Coed village!

Great location and finding parking wasn't too bad. Easy to find, comfortable rooms and the owner made it very easy to change rooms due to a small issue with noise. Very helpful and easy to contact. Everything you'd expect with the amenities provided.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Fairhaven is in an ideal location for accessing everywhere in Betws-Y-Coed. Contact with Fairhaven was easy, had an issue collecting keys initially due to the messages on booking.com not appearing (with the info about how to get the keys etc) but I think this was more an issue with me not having much signal on my phone rather than anything else. I messaged Aisha directly and she called me back within half an hour and text me the details. The room was quite basic but we only really tend to be in the room for sleep so it was not an issue for us.
