The pool and spa facilities. The size and comfort of the bed, tv and coffee machine.

All staff were really friendly, was in a fab location for us as we were attending Aintree Races. The food we had in the evening in the grill was nice, we only had some light bites and desserts. The breakfast was a good variety however the cooked breakfast did taste and looked like it had been left out a while, the bar was also very loud in the evening, this was fine as we couldn’t hear this from our room but we had a long journey and a quiet dinner wasn’t an option however it was a Friday night and to be expected. I cannot say enough how friendly all the staff were including the staff of Starbucks within the hotel Parking was good and free on the weekends which was a bonus

Comfortable bed, which is very important to us, with everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Room decor is a bit gaudy but that's my personal opinion. Sealant in bathroom grubby in a couple of places. In the restaurant the salmon was lovely but the curry was tasteless and cold.

Great facilities,and lovely helpful and efficient staff. The property was a little bit tired in parts, but just needs a lick of paint to smarten it up here and there. Overall a comfortable and convenient stay with a great breakfast. Superb value for money. Would definitely use again.

Unfortunately we weren't at the hotel very much as I had to have an ambulance trip to the local hospital. However the time we were there I found the hotel wasn't up to the standard that we were expecting. However the staff were very friendly and helpful when we had to call for the ambulance.
