The Location was very good close to town centre and the Pavillion Gardens the breakfast was very good and the room very good because it had got a bath.

Brilliant location overlooking park and lake; short walk into town centre; free parking. Warm and chatty breakfast staff, serving a nice freshly cooked breakfast.

Needs up dating, but still acceptable. One good thing they have gluten free items on the breakfast menu.

The property was in an excellent location comfortable and clean. Only one downside was the bathroom in our room is much need of an update, water pressure was not good and the toilet handle hit the shower screen every time it was flushed. Only a small inconvenience as the rest of the hotel was excellent X
