superb apartment... clean linens... everything extra clean and tidy... very spacious and well equipped rooms. swimming pool and sauna... clean and very welcoming reception... very friendly staff... great price. we will be back

Location is good, walking distance to the restaurants. Facilities are reasonably good. There is a small swimming pool. The gym is very basic and small though.

I stayed here two years in a row. Since I had a good experience in the first, I decided to try my chance again and booked a room for two people for 13 nights. The receptionists took my request into consideration and gave me the exact room I requested during the reservation. This was a great welcoming. They took pre-autorization from my credit card but as it was promised, they withdrew it till check-out date. The “Studio Room” was very comfortable, spacious and silent. Air-conditioner was working properly and the room temperature was fine even in the middle of July. The location was amazing. The view from the room and balcony was very pleasant.

The location is great in the centre of Cannes. The room is quite big (actually a small appartment) and the breakfast was nice. The hotel offers amenities like swiming pool and gym.

Swimming pool was fantastic with kids, air con is great, and the location is just a few minutes walk from the town centre and rail station
