An overnight stay as mother & daughter , we were disappointed that since booking the pool was decommissioned. Additionally that a continental breakfast was the offer via booking.com but not made clear. Both issues were resolved to our satisfaction . The location & parking availability is excellent but the price for 2 for one night is high in comparison to other local hotels . The spa treatments were amazing and the spa staff during our stay were exceptional.

Good location, room excellent, parking good, staff friendly and helpful. The only negative aspect was the evening meal in the restaurant - good soup, but otherwise very disappointing - tasteless I'm afraid.

I ate in the bar on my first night, the food was delicious and it was a comfortable place to eat. The breakfasts were very nice - I had the continental and there was really good choice of food. The staff were friendly and were able to find items for me that I wanted.
