What we wanted from the reliable chain. Professional, attentive and polite staff. Good room and all that's needed for a quiet nights sleep. Lovely large pool and decent gym too. Easy to get Uber from the railway station to it - seems a good central location. Thanks also for arranging our onward transport as we moved around India.

Breakfast was a decent spread and the staff helped get what was not on the menu . like omelet's & dosa's . Location was excellent as it was a walking distance to Avinashi road. Room was decent after I chose to exchange it for twin beds. However, the allotted room was not cleaned thoroughly. The fridge had remnants of the previous guests. After requests , sheets were handed and cleaning done. The room cleaning team was very good for the rest of the stay and ensured teh room was sparkling clean.

I felt its a very popular and old hotel ,as it was constantly full, as a result difficult to maintain . we had to change rooms as there were problems in bathroom, which they helped with happily, next room, also had problems in bathroom, but we did not want to change again . generally it was good

The room allotted with the city view was very good and the hospitality from Mr Nitin and Mr Jefrin who ensured my stay was comfortable and allowed extended stay and well taken care of.
