The location, the facilities, the cleanliness were all excellent. The hosts have thought of everything.. We have family in Derby and visit regularly, we will be returning again.

Having stayed a number of times, as their were 4 of us this visit we booked the Deluxe apartment and our friends were very impressed and again it didn't disappoint us. We will continue to book our stays here when visiting Derby.

Very spacious apartment. The kitchen and guest room area was stunning. Lovely place! Very nice hosts. Could not complain about anything at all!

We enjoyed our stay, and the accommodation was clean, the cereal. Tea. Coffee milk and water were a nice gesture. We left a few extras we didn't want. On the whole, an enjoyable stay Loved the hot water. It's always hot and plenty of it. We ate out both nights, so we didn't use many of the facilities. Also it was great to be Abe to take our little assistant dog, she also enjoyed it.

the easy and simplicity of the check in procedure. the small touches like proper milk in fridge and the cereals left for our breakfast.
