Room was clean, had everything we needed. The location is absolutely perfect, 5 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to the historical center and the harbour!

Close to both the beach and city center. Parking across the street. Lovely staff. Good breakfast at the top of the hotel where you can enjoy the view of the the Garda lake and the city.

The staff were lovely, location was perfect, breakfast & views were great. Roof top terrace whirlpool & decked area was great for an hour at the end of a day exploring. Would recommend and would come back! If staying in desenzano, would also recommend doing the Lugana wine tours and visiting the lemon tree restaurant and La Vite 2.0 restaurant & wine bar - one of the best reds I've ever had!

The hotel is extremely close to the beach, about a minute or so. Perfect location! There is a jacuzzi on the top of the building that we could use anytime we wanted to. Breakfast is on the 5th floor so there is a beautiful view on the lake. So Wonderful! Elevators are easily available. Morning coffee was also great and the staff was always ready to answer questions and deal with requests.

Great location right by the water front in Desenzano. Perfect little room that absolutely served its purpose. Breakfast was good, with a stunning view over the lake. The staff were really friendly and helped me plan my day multiple times.
