I loved the facilities - the gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna rooms. The bed was super comfortable and the room was a suitable size.

The room number was 115. Outside the balcony was a cooling vent which was making a constant noise throughout our stay and could be heard in our room. Although this was frustrating it did not impact our trip as much as when we discovered a pair of black shorts and T shirt hidden under a chair in the bedroom. Needless to say to pick up a pair of dirty under garments in a room which should have been cleaned before it’s new occupants was not great. When I reported it to the receptionist instead of offering us a refund or goodwill gesture. She simply took a photo of my phone which showed the offending items and said she would speak to the cleaning team. No apology offered especially as this was a celebratory vacation for my partner and I! As I mentioned before it is with great regret I have had to write in, as we genuinely enjoyed our stay at the venue. The restaurant and staff all were excellent. I actually paid for late checkout out when I arrived at the location and had room service unaware of the hygienic issues.

Staff were mostly hard working, apart from the cleaner. Nice bar area with lovely staff. Starbucks on site was good. Good facilities. Massive gym but choose a quiet time (if that exists).
