Facilities are great (gym, pool, sauna and steam), as well as the bar area. Staff all super helpful, polite and welcoming. A particular thank you to Meerka for helping us with a few requests.

Resting after landing at Heathrow before the drive home. Very helpful and friendly staff. Quick check in and check out. Good breakfast. Clean and well appointed facilities. Comfortable bed. Would stay again.

Price was really good. Room was spacious and comfortable. Hot water in the shower. The fish and chips in the restaurant was very good. Happy about everything at the hotel and would stay there again.
