We had an exceptional time at Riad Nazha, Mr. Ahmed and Redouane did everything to make our stay happy, the dinner was good and the breakfast too, the Riad location was very accessible to medina and main road and nearby to the parking . I highly recommend this Riad for my family and friends and everyone.

We had a wonderful stay in the Palais Nazha! Really quiet place in the busy city and most of all friendly people. Especially Ahmed and Anas were really helpful during our stay!! Would love to go back to this place!

Excellent breakfast in the beautifil courtyard. Staffs were very accommodating and went beyond extra miles. My compliment to Mr.Ahmed, Mr. Anass and M.Redouane and ALL of the staffs ncluding the lady chef, excellent Fes breakfast delicacies:)

The location so close to the old city. The staff Manager Ahmed, Anass, Monaim and Fatimazahra made us feel like VIPs and family at the same time. The Riad is amazing by its Moroccan style very clean calm and harmonized

The place is nice . Location is good . Ahmed and other staff members were very helpful and nice . He made our stay and visit to Fes very comfortable . Breakfast was really nice . We enjoyed our stay . I would recommend this place .

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The ambiance is elegant and beautifully reflects the rich Moroccan culture, with incredible attention to detail in every aspect. A special thank you to the manager, Ahmed 🌟, whose professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. He went above and beyond to answer our questions, help us plan our itinerary, and recommend the best local food and attractions. His exceptional service truly exceeded our expectations! In addition, the entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Whether at the front desk, the restaurant, or housekeeping, every team member greeted us with a smile and ensured that we felt at home. Their hospitality made all the difference in our experience. The food was also fantastic—breakfast was delicious and included traditional Moroccan pancakes, fresh juice, and the best mint tea! Overall, this hotel not only provides a beautiful and comfortable stay but also has a team that genuinely cares about its guests and delivers outstanding service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fes! We will definitely return in the future!

it’s a good accomodation we really enjoyed it. Ahmed was excelent and he gave everything he could just to make us happy. he is excelent employee, I been to a lot of hotels all over the world and he is the one of the best I meet. he entertained us very good.

We stayed here for 6 nights. The suite was spacious, and the location is excellent, within walking distance to the main sites and attractions in the medina. The staff, including Ahmed, Anas, and Abdul, were friendly and helpful. Ahmed, in particular, went out of his way to assist and made a real effort to address the shortcomings of the property. His attentiveness and efforts were much appreciated. While the staff’s service was fantastic, the overall experience did not quite meet the high expectations set by the property's advertised standards.

It's Moroccan hospitality, authenticity with all modern comforts, absolute calm, and impeccable cleanliness. The riad's location, at the entrance to the Fes medina, is perfect for easy access by car while offering a haven of tranquility.
