The property was clean, tidy and inviting, it is in an excellent location, between the Firenze SMN and just around the corner is a wonderful street full of restaurants, corner stores, laundromat, Antica Gelateria Fiorentina, the best Gelato i've tried anywhere, also close to the city center and the markets but also very quiet

Place was beautiful, right near train station which made it easy for travel in and out of Florence. 10min walk to main area of Florence.

The location is great - near the train station but not noisy, and a short walk from many of the attractions in Florence. I unfortunately got sick while I was in Florence so I can vouch for the bed being comfy, and the staff were super helpful too!

The location was near the central train station. I took a tram from an airport so it was easy to access. The room was clean and check-in instruction was easily understandable. Reasonable price for the room.

A great little hotel, 2 minutes from SMN station and 5-10 minute walk from Santa Maria del Fiore. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. The air con was more than capable of dealing with the 38 degree heat. Staff at the nearby sister hotel called 7Florence were very friendly and helpful when checking in.

The personell/Alex was so helpful, informative and communicative both prior to and during my stay. The door-system was practical and safe, and the room with balcony was lovely.
