I loved how unique the hotel was, it was very characteristic and every room was decorated differently, it felt like I was staying at a home away from home rather than a hotel. The staff was extremely sweet and welcoming they made us feel at home and always asked us if we needed anything, and the breakfast came to our room, it was great, you are able to choose the time you want it to be delivered and it comes to your door. Overall an amazing experience and now I know exactly where to go whenever I visit Florence.

The guest House is very pleasant, well decorated, the rooms are all different. The location is convenient, very Central. The staff is helpful and nice. We really loved the breakfast: presentation and the quality of the food.

We stayed in the Library room, which is beautifully decorated and full of interesting memorabilia and books. The in room breakfast was excellent. Very quiet during h the e night for an excellent sleep. Also liked the Officina Farmacia soaps and scents.
