A nice place with the perfect location for travellers coming and going from the train station: just a couple of minutes walk and in the direction of the main attractions so easy to get around on foot.

Location was perfect, right next to the train station and within a twenty minute walk of the majority of landmarks. Street behind also has some wonderful restaurants that are beyond where most tourists would roam, so food is great quality and good prices. Balcony view was absolutely amazing both day and night. Staff were extremely helpful and the desk is manned 24/7. Had an issue with the shower fitting on the first night but we mentioned this to reception and it was fixed the next morning. Bed and pillows were extremely comfy and got a great night's sleep every night.

Location to city sites brilliant. Staff super helpful and friendly. Room clean and functional. Bathroom very clean and neat. Plus and Awesome coffee shop across the road.

The hotel used to be a palace and the rooms look amazing. I love the ceiling of the room, all in wood. The bathroom is modern and comfortable. Great location close to basically everything worth to see by walking and at a second of the SM Novella train station. Close by restaurants, bars and everything you may need.

The location was excellent and it was close to the station. Breakfast was great. There was a lovely roof bar (although closed when we were there) The staff were amazing, very helpful. There was water provided free in the mini bar. Rooms were big and comfortable.

Friendly staff and charming rooms. Close to everything in the city, the big churches and museums, cafés and stores. The breakfast could have used more fresh fruit but otherwise had everything. Would stay again.
