Was pleasantly surprised how modern, fresh the room was- noise level quietened down quickly once hotel closed - bed and pillows were the comfiest I've experienced out of home. Will definitely stay again

Could walk to anywhere we wanted to. Beds were super comfy and the room was more spacious that was anticipated. Had everything we could have wanted and great facilities such as a nice little fridge, kettle, mugs, glasses etc.

The location is great. A couple of free drinks is a nice touch. The restaurant/ bar had a great vibe. Guy playing guitar and singing was great!!

Great location for what we needed. Main purpose of visit was to see friends in the local area. The room was comfortable and the bathroom clean. Don't look to closely as you'll see mold but lets be honest I've seen that in 5 star hotels too.. Beds sheets beautifully clean and crisp. Loved the daily Tim Tams provided with the amenities plus the coffee mugs were a decent size! Ample free parking.

We only stayed one night so my friend & I decided to save money & share a Studio as there were 2 beds, very comfortable by the way. The Studio was more spacious that I expected for a refurbished pub, accom below, pub/restaurant above & our room was QUIET! . We had dinner in the pub/restaurant, they've done a great looking refurb upstairs it was busy (has a lot of tables) lots of people & noise unfortunately but OUR ROOM WAS QUIET, very little noise transfered. The modern simply decorated Studio has plenty of space for bags, hanging space if needed, spacious room, spacious bathroom & overlooked carpark & Kananook Creek. Great location quick easy walk to parkland, boardwalk, beach, pier & shops. Free carparking set aside for accom guests & my wide/long Toyota Kluger fit easily. The staff were pleasant. Direct messages confirming details like parking & 2 beds were handled well, quickly & efficiently. However a day or two prior to arrival I had way too many confirmation messages from booking.com

We were there for a wedding at Olivers Corner, where it was a very short walk to the event. The Frankston Festival was also on during our stay which a bonus, but were lucky that we had parking at the complex. The 1-Bedroom we booked was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. All in all, it was a pleasant stay for the one night.

We really enjoyed staying at the Cheeky Squire's accomodation. We were attending a gig just across the road so it was amazing literally just walking across the road and hopping straight into bed rather than stressing about an Uber or Taxi. The bed was very comfy, room was clean, and it had everything that we needed for a quick one night stay. The free Timtam each was a cute little bonus! We also appreciated the complementary drink each to enjoy with our dinner upstairs in the pub. The food was very tasty too!

Great room. Extremely well located in heart of Frankston with short walk to beach. Lovely staff. Bed excellent.
