The location is ideal for exploring Madeira. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was excellent you couldn’t wish for more. We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday, on returning to the room we found champagne on ice and a lovely cake, such a wonderful touch. Would certainly recommend The Savoy Palace.

It's worth it! Everything! Friendly courteous, even a little playful. Superb rooms with exceptional views. Great facilities. And the very best hotel breakfast I've had anywhere! Great pools, nice spa, lovely range of bars. Its pricey but you certainly get value for what you spend.

Beautiful hotel, with a lot of choices of pools and areas to relax. The gym was well equipped and spacious. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. The spa had a good choice of treatments. The breakfast was exceptional and we were impressed with the choices. The staff were super attentive and friendly. The hotel was in a good location, plenty of restaurants nearby and short walk to the old town.
