Hotel Overview

This modern, privately run hotel in Garching is just a 10-minute drive from Munich's exhibition grounds, airport, and Allianz Arena stadium. Central Munich is 20 minutes away by car.
The hotel garni Marias Inn - Bed & Breakfast offers recently renovated, en-suite rooms which are decorated in tasteful, light colours.
In the morning we deliver your breakfast to the room. Please order it, the day before till 8pm via our digital menu. We´ll bring it to your disered time, in between 6:30 and 9:30 am, on weekends and bank holidays between 07:30 and 09:30, in front of your room.
The A9 motorway is just a 10-minute drive away. Alternatively, you can use the nearby Garching Underground Station to reach the heart of the Bavarian capital.

Basically everything; the breakfast was very nice and I liked that it was very private. It was nearby my work at TUM, and had a reasonable desk to set up my laptop on and work in the evening.

B&B in the small town outside Munich. Close and convinient way to/from the airport. abot 7 min walking to U6 metro station - easy access to Munich center (around 35 min). Big room, clean and quiet. You can leave your luggage and check in early (to get the keys) even if the room not ready. MOC Munich is 3 stops away, so if you have any event to visit there - just perfect place. Kitchen - well equiped you you need it. Supermarket is close by. Definitely recommended for business stay.

Best location for visiting MOC Munich if you are exhibiting there. Metro - 10 min walking away. 3 stops and you are there. 30 min by metro to Munich center if you wish. But if you come to Munich as tourist and want to discover the city - I would recommend the hotel in the city center of course. But for my purposes the location was perfect. Room is big, spasious and comfortable. The hotel is located on the quiet street, no noice from the street at all. Breakfast - you order it in the room and for me it was good and enough. The products were chosen with love and quality was perfect. A few supermarkets in walking distance as well as few restaurants and cafes. I highly recommend!

I have never tried this concept before. You order nine items for breakfast online the night before and decide on a time. If you say 7:00, the breakfast arrives at 7:00:00 outside your hotel door. The only thing I missed was fresh milk; otherwise, it would have been fine. I later discovered a slightly smaller breakfast with six items—"eco."

It was very clean and aesthetic. Not a long drive from autobahn. Great for a stop during a long journey. The room had everything one could need for one night apart from the things I listed in the things I disliked about my stay. Also, the check-in was easy and straightforward, which is always a plus.

everyone professional. Also there is self check-in but still the owner always available on call to respond to questions and customer needs. Room cleaned every day, breakfast nice. Also infrastructure is very good . Also location nice within quiet beautiful neighborhood. Feels like staying at home.
