Palma “A bit too expensive for what you get”

Huge room with a balcony. Toiletries and complimentary bottle of water upon arrival. Kettle but no complimentary tea or coffee. Playground for younger children. Ping-pong table for older kids. Pool is a bit cold. Sauna is textile-free and only suitable for adults. Hotel ran out of bathrobes during my stay so couldn't use the spa. Big breakfast buffet with views to the mountain. Small restaurant, need to book a table, but can eat at bar. Bus to the town runs only every hour and hotel is quite far away from the ski bus to Hausberg, so better come by car. Had to pay city tax although it was not mentioned in the booking reservation.

Breakfast area are very suffocating and some time even non manageable. One day we had to eat our breakfast at the Bar Area only. It was soooo uncomfortable. Menu was not sufficient enough. Room was good but if you are thinking to be at this Hotel bassed on Public Transport please don"t stay. too far from the locality and bus service is very poor here.

Wonderful helpful staff even printed our ice hockey game tickets for us. We had a delicious breakfast with a lovely outlook over freshly fallen snow in the forest.

Great Hotel, lots of amenities for everyone. Big and small. Nice breakfast Buffett. Great rooms and housekeeping was fast. While we are at breakfast they took care of the room.

We stayed in a deluxe deluxe double bedroom that was great in size, and really nice to have two separate bed room and a huge living room. The breakfast was really nice with a variety of hot and cold food. The dinner was also good with a good salad bar and dessert selection. The pool was big and warm which is great with young kids also the playroom was really nice with loads of different toys!
