They adjusted the early check in and late check out request. They helped in changing the room which had the bath tub. Room service Food was delicious too.

It’s our second visit in this hotel and it was as awesome as the last one. It’s home away from home. The staff is lovely. Very competent & professional. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast is superb. Live cooking. Freshly made food in front of you. Highly recommended. Thank you 🙏

The manager, Mr. Rama, made us feel like family. The day before we left for the Taj Mahal, 07:00 morning, he made sure the morning one of his staff members, Mr. Salman, would made us a breakfast package for in the car, since the long ride. Whenever we needed him for the most simple help, the manager himself was incredibly helpfull, kind and always willing to advice. When travelling with a small child, trustworthy people are necessary. The reception, occupied by Mr. Sharma, was always kind and helpfull. The 2 roomservice young men who served us, always kind and helpfull. The best thing about this hotel is it's staff members, 5* rating!

Very well located extremely well run hotel with excellent staff, large spacious rooms with balcony., comfortable beds and modern furniture. We enjoyed a great breakfast and lunch in the hotel dining room.
