For Indian guests, cash settlements of INR 25000 and above will require a pan card copy during check out.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Nice clean room with a lovely shower/bathroom. The staff were friendly and mostly helpful. The guys in the First Floor Terrace Bar deserve a special mention, as does Lukash - our driver for much of our visit. We loved the welcome ritual, which included receiving a bindi and tulsi mala garland. The breakfasts were good, with a range of Indian and Western options (and delicious masala chai) and we enjoyed the live sitar and flute music accompaniment.

The staff demonstrated excellent professionalism and attentiveness and personalised approach. A special mention for Sahil and Karishma in the restaurant and Sylvester at Concierge desk. Every interaction was marked by friendliness and efficiency

the location was good and the food quality was excellent. the rooms were quite and i had a nice sleep. though lot of events in the hotel the noise level is low.

Breakfast was very good, huge variety and they made eggs for me exactly i wished. Room was quite high tech with all the button controlled systems. As we checked in quite late, we didnt have to wait for check in, our check in was done right inside our room which was awesome....
