Excellent location (5 metro stations from the central station); there is also a direct connection to Hamburg Airport.- 20 -30 minutes. Very friendly and efficient staff, all the necessary facilities, a very good three-star hotel. In the area there are enough restaurants, a supermarket, and a natural park (forest). Very suitable for both, business trip and city break.

The hotel is close to the U/S Bahn and lots of food places around within 500 meters. The parking garage is good value, securety is good with keycard operated elevators. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the place is clean.

Ibis - it worked and staff were great! Efficient room layout and clean. Plus for local designer items on display and for sale in the lobby.

The location is great. Close to S bahn and U bahn. Plenty selections of shops , restaurants and supermarkets. REWE , DM are just within walking distance. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and the space is adequate.

Very basic accomodation. For me a bit expendive for what you get. Missing towels. Difficult to get out of the parking lot, we remained locked inside until someone came by.
