Clean and well serviced rooms, no insects, hot water. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Common kitchen and washing machine. But location is a bit far from center, so most of the points take around 25 minutes to go.

Good value for money. The room was small but we used it mainly for sleeping. Everything was clean and we had very good communication with the staff (in fluent english). You can use common kitchen (fully equipped) as well as do laundry, which was really helpful especially when traveling for a long time. The place is surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops, walking distance to most of the must see things.

The location is close to the city center. There is a washing machine and a dryer provided. There is also free drinking water at the hotel. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

The location was good. The street was decorated for the Tet holiday. The staff was available on WhatsApp throughout our stay which was convenient.

Good location, wifi is good, free drinking water, free washing machine but we didn't use that. Room was clean and they provide coffee and tea in the room.

I arrived in the middle of the night and the hostel was really helpful and accommodative. They made sure I could enter and find my room, and they were really efficient when we talked on WhatsApp. The room was nice and clean.

The room was very clean, great size and comfortable bed. We could watch Netflix on the TV. Free use of the washing machine which was really helpful and free drinking water. Air con worked really well. Great location, wasn’t noisy at night. Would stay again.

I truly appreciated how warm and homely the property felt, thanks to the kind welcome and thoughtful care from the family who runs it. Every member of the family was friendly and genuinely kind, making the experience feel like staying in someone’s home. It was a wholesome and heartwarming stay.
