Great location - 3 minutes by private transfer to the slope. Clean and fresh rooms. Great food, everything was tasty and fresh. Really high level of the restaurant. The spa in the hotel is at a high level, a wonderful hammam. The jacuzzi is very nice to relax in after a day on the mountain. Clean pool. The staff is very polite and extremely friendly. I thank the maid for her responsibility. Our stay was amazing!

Very nice room, nice bathroom, clean, nice spa area. We each had a massage which was excellent after a ski day ! Food was ok, room was a little small but clean and quiet. We arrived in the room around 2 pm and the heating sistem of the hotel was off but they provided very quick a small heater for our clother to dry ☺️ they also gave us an extra blanket so people were responsive to our requests. The hotel is 1 km away from center but they provide shuttle bus , and there is also a small slope that end very close to the hotel(1c) .

Great hotel with a very good spa and great food! The restaurant and lounge bar staff are very friendly. The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. It fully justifies the price-quality ratio

Good ambience, conveniently located, ski pass available at reception which saves a lot of time. Shuttle buses to and from the property were handy too. Staff very helpful and spoke very good English. Spa facilities were very well maintained.

The hotel has the best staff we have met in any hotel by now. Everyone is so welcoming, helpful, positive. The food was different every day and we just didn’t know what to eat first. We had variety of traditional homemade food especially well cooked meat. The rooms were very clean, renovated and warm. The spa worked perfectly, it was so warm around the pool and we could just sit there after skiing all day to warm up. All in all, we had the best experience ever.

It was empty and Kopaonik was strange at that period…stuff was very polite, it was renewed but some thing look old…carpet didnt give me some impression of clean…

Great staff! They were very welcoming and always smiling. Nothing but nice words for them. There are a lot of options to choose from from the buffet breakfast and dinner. It is not very far from the centre and they have their ski shuttle. It was nice that there was live music in the evening when we were there. Also the view for the Sunset Bar during the day is amazing.
