Geat location near Kyoto station & bus stops. Clean facilities & loved being able to get clean towels whenever suited us. Staff were friendly. Kitchen was a bit dark & walls are quite thin. We could hear people banging about in their rooms late at night.

Very modern looking with a range of facilities such as library, kitchen and laundry. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They can even hold luggage for up to 2 days from luggage transfer. They manage to put our 2 rooms on the same floor and even next to each other.

The hotel is great. With awesome common areas and kitchen to hang out. It even has a bath that can be booked for private use. The room is too small, even for Japanese standards!!!

Very cute hotel. Location was wonderful, the community areas were great. Room was modern and clean. Staff were very friendly, and spoke wonderful English. The bed was too hard and uncomfortable for my preference.

Double room is small, but laid out quite well. Great shower. Nice communal area with a kitchen & library. Reasonable location, quite close to the main station but quite far from where the main nightlife areas. Good value for money.

Great place with many books in the common area. Clean, and pragmatic sized room. The staff were great and friendly also, and the place had facilities like laundry room and clean facilities.
