The building is build in the 90s, but refurbished (mind the old elevator) and has a lot of "features" often missing in new buildings - like thick walls that limit noise from adjacent rooms or thick windows that limit noise from outside. There was construction just outside our windows in the flamingo and we couldn't hear when inside.

The greeting we received on arrival was exceptional, the gentleman couldn’t do enough for us and arranged a late check out for us. The room we were given was amazing. The location was perfect, 5 min walk onto the main Strip. A quiet location so no street noise.

Firstly, Leo at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Secondly, we have been to Vegas a couple of times and stayed at a few different hotels, and this was by far the best place we have stayed. The location was awesome. The apartment was an awesome option (as opposed to hotel rooms) and because it was just off the Strip, check in and check out was a breeze.

Great Location & Spacious Rooms Perfect spot right off the Strip! The suites are spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Loved having a large, clean room with a kitchenette. Close to all the action but still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. No casino, which makes it quieter, but still close to everything. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The one-bedroom suite was very spacious, clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed (including a kettle!). Having in-room washer/dryer facilities was also a bonus. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful and the free parking across the road was very convenient. Great location just behind the Flamingo Hotel and a five-minute walk to the strip. We’d read a few reviews about noise from the Flamingo pool and our room overlooked it, but it was closed for the season!
