It was very pleasant. It was very close to South Point, where my mertings were. The hallways smelled a bit off. The room was very clean.

The room was clean and nice. The only problem we had was our neighbors they were noisy all night hardly got any sleep, first night they were fighting and the next their kids were banging something around and real noisy until early morning.

The facility got everything you need. Living room, kitchen, pool and spa. On top of this, you have the Southpoint Casino just across the street with the equestrian center and multiple restaurants.

I really exceeded my expectations. I was on a business trip in Vegas and was looking for a good value appartment for the stay. It literally had everything in the King Room and all the dishes and the room were clean. Of course it's not near the strip. But this is what I was looking for. Quiet, spacy, kitchen, good parking possibilities & clean. The facility is not new. But really well maintained. I will return 100%.

Location was perfect for what we were there for. Loved that the room had a full kitchen as that saved us a lot of money on eating out. Will be staying here again next year for our event.
