We stayed at The Resident Kensington for 2 nights for my husband's birthday. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and spacious, there was tea and coffee available, the bed was comfortable. I mentioned our special occasion when booking the hotel, and the reception team left a cute gift and a card on the bed - it was such a lovely touch. The bathroom was ok, the shower was small and a little bit uncomfortable to use, but ok overall. It's a really nice area of London with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Great convenient location, decent price, friendly staff, comfortable room, but the air felt a little dusty in the room, although it was definitely clean in the room. I would definitely return, but request a different room maybe upstairs.

We had a great stay at The Resident Kensington. The room was very comfortable and had a nice view of the garden. The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. We had a nice personal message and complimentary wine on the bed when we arrived. The staff were all lovely. The location is great, just a few minutes walk from the Underground. We will definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect, a safe area near a station so it was easy to travel from there. The room was perfect for spending the night and the kitchen was really useful.

Such friendly staff, very helpful. Very convenient to the tube station and ideal if taking in the key museums. I really liked the fact that the room had a microwave in addition to the other general useful goods

Massive comfortable bed with superb bedding. Filtered water from the tap, an unusual extra. Perfect location for Kensington Chelsea and Earls Court. The whole team were excellent with their customer service too.
