Had a lovely weekend, the room we stayed in was lovely clean and comfortable, the location of the house was close to the prom, beach and local cafe, would stay here again

We appreciated the size of the room and bathroom. Very pleasant old style furniture which suited our style. Particularly liked being able to sit at the table in comfortable chairs at the window and eat our brought in food. We had not realised that breakfast was available but enjoyed being able to sit and eat looking over the sea. Ann had taken the trouble to provide a cafetiere for us. 2 additionally comfortable armchairs. Large tallboy type wardrobe enabled us to stow away our case and keep the room comfortably tidy
