Even though the location of the hotel is right next to the AO arena and a busy train station, there was absolutely no noise ! I had a brilliant night sleep in a very comfortable bed. The room was spotless and the aircon was really easy to use!

The moment we entered the hotel in Manchester we were greeted by a lovely staff member called Kaya. She was so lovely as I was so anxious and she made me feel completely at ease. My partner and I have never been away together in 20 years we've been together and this was our first hotel stay. It was excellent. So clean. I felt like I was living like someone that is rich as the hotel was luxurious. In the morning we had breakfast and we were served by a lovely lady called Tiffany. She was chatty and made us at ease as we were anxious. She did everything she could to look after us. My partner and I have booked to stay again in December

Staff were lovely and friendly. Breakfast was beautiful with a great variety of cereals, meats, cheeses, pastries etc as well as cooked breakfast options. Overall great place to stay.

From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel very welcome. The lady who checked us in, Kaya (apologies if i spelt this incorrectly), was so warm and welcoming. We were lucky enough to be upgraded on arrival. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The food was excellent, as was the service. I highly recommend the Sticky Toffee pudding. It was divine.

Location was perfect as we were there for Ghost at the AO Arena. Room was lovely. Breakfast was ok, they’d run out of some items which let it down.
