Great hotel, clean, great staff and even though the street is loads of tourist bars, is safe and fine to walk around at night.

Its good but i suggest to have a more comfortable blanket.. maybe a bit thick to have a comfortable sleep on a cold night.

Bookings will never ever be used by us again after the Sheraton Hotel Booking mistake by bookings and we have recommended to the Sheraton Hotel management that all 30+ hotels in the chain stop using their bookings app NO GOOD

The room was really clean, modern, everything was working and the bed was comfortable. Nice location with a mini market close to the entrance.

I like the staff they really make an effort to make the check in run smoothly, welcomes guests, make sure the receiving area is clean, welcoming and overall looks high end. They assist the guest as much as they can.

It was a little run down, but for Manila it was fairly well maintained. Good location in downtown Malate, although this mightn't be every body's cup of tea.

Upon arrival the duty was in stress that he cannot smile at the information upon arrival at the Desk Information. Maybe a second person on duty is really recommended.

Good location they have a 7 eleven just outside the hotel.Very close to the massage salon, malls, important parts of the city center. Very busy streets in the night but quite safe to travel in this area. Hood communication with staf they are very helpful and they want to please the guests.
