The facilities are great: The pool, the spa, the gym, the restaurant/breakfast. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has a variety of cheeses, fresh breads, pastries, fruits, veggies, salads, Moroccan dishes and more.

For our anniversary they decorated our bed with rose petals and it was beautiful. This really added to our stay. The staff were more than happy to meet our needs and expectations. Beds were extremely comfortable - like sleeping on clouds. The breakfast included delicious traditional foods which you wouldn't find anywhere else. The roof top bar had an amazing view and an even better creme broulee and shisha. The staff even gave us blankets because it was a bit chilly at night. Overall 10/10 cannot fault. They even upgraded our room for free.

The hotel is at a great location, convenient going to the new town centre and not far from the old town centre either. The breakfast was great, the staff members were all very helpful. My room was clean and the whole hotel is just clean and nice. The lounge was beautiful and comfortable and the roof terrace was beautiful and was a great place to see sunsets. The hotel provide drinking water to customers everyday. The free toiletries are great as well. Apart from the noise at night, I find this hotel is a great choice if you don't care about the noise at night.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the Hivernage district—a luxurious area full of vibrant nightlife, top-notch restaurants, and endless entertainment options, all within walking distance. The service at the hotel was truly outstanding. A special thanks to Abdelrahman, the concierge, who went above and beyond to make our stay effortless and enjoyable. From arranging reservations to helping us tick off everything on our to-do list, his care and attention to detail made all the difference. We also want to recognize the lovely and professional Hakima, who ensured that everything in the hotel ran smoothly. She was always available to assist and went out of her way to ask if there was anything we needed. Her dedication to guest satisfaction was truly impressive. Thank you !!
