We are a family of 8 the room was spotless and comfortable. It is central to everything which was great . The staff was lovely check in was so easy they also provided safe parking for a fee which was brilliant. We parked the car up and and toured the city without any worries.

Spacious rooms that comfortably accommodate three people, excellent location, shared kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils, terrace with city views and leisure area. Exemplary service from the staff, outstanding hospitality from the lads!

Airport pickup and transfer arranged for 15 euro. Good communication and a fair price for the room. We're taken across the road to a sister accommodation but it was as pictured here. Good options for food in the nearby Tinsmiths Square which was a bonus arriving about 1030pm. Room and bathroom were clean and TV worked. We only stayed one night as we wanted to stay in a more beautiful road in the Medina but from the airport this was a handy location just on the edge of the old town. We got a key to the room and front door to come and go as we pleased and checked out was just an easy key handover. To be fair the location is decent enough as it's only a 10 min walk to the main square through a narrow shopping street or around the ring road.

The staff is very helpful, the room was spacious and clean, located near the main tourist attractions, and the building had a nice terrace. The breakfast was also very good and varied. They kept our bags after check-out for free too.
