Riad shama was amazing, we were welcomed very warmly by the team and immediately felt at home. The room exceeded our expectations, everything was extremely clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable and had a nice duvet for us to use which was quite special to have in Marrakech. Wafa and Akram (Abdou was on holidays but we heard very nice things) were amazing to us and were always there whenever we needed the smallest things. We did a hammam and massage and the ladies were very kind and it was very much worth it. In total this stay was overwhelmingly good and the best Riad and team we experiences so far. Thank you for making us feel so comfortable, welcomed and like a family!

Good location, very comfortable & clean . The staff were all lovely and very friendly & helpful . Loved the spa had a great massage every day , Marrakesh was fantastic definitely worth a visit

Akrim and the rest of the staff were all so very accommodating, welcoming and nothing was too much to ask of them. The breakfast was lovely, and served promptly. Akrim booked my taxi to the Airport and carried my luggage to the Taxi as well. I would totally recommend RIAD SHAMA to anyone coming to Marrakesh. It was also spotless clean. I thought that I would have a lot of trouble finding it, so walked up the morning I was to check in to make sure I knew exactly where it was (without dragging my luggage). The location is 200m from an entrance archway, and next to a Car Park where Taxis pick up the guests which was great! All in all it was a wonderful stay - even for one night. Pam Coleman

Lovely shared areas. Good space in rooms. Helpful staff. We had not realised that the airport would not accept digital boarding passes for our flight, and the staff printed off our boarding passes in an emergency. Tasty breakfasts. Close walk to the centre of the city, around 15 minutes. Some WiFi is available in the common areas. Great massage and hammam available for an extra fee. Well maintained pool.

An oasis of calm in the medina - the hotel is quaint, with all sorts of surprising corners where you could sit and have a tea - or just rest after a day of walking. Mme Wafa, Khadija, Akram and Abdou made us feel at home - always happy to help, always making sure our stay was comfortable. Food was great; bed was very comfortable; room was spotless; the spa services were fantastic.

Close to the medina and local food and shops are good, locals are also friendly. The main thing was Mama Wafa, Akram and Abdurrazaq were so warm, friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much and they really made us comfortable. We wish them the best and pray they have more success.

This is a lovely hotel and incredibly quiet in contrast to the hustle and bustle outside. The rooms were very spacious with large bathrooms and plenty of storage.
