Excellent location to the haram, a dedicated lift to the haram from the 11th floor, the clock tower is very convenient for amenities and shopping and we had an excellent experience overall. Cannot wait to return in Shaa Allah

I faced problems when I arrived that found no reservation while my booking was confirmed weeks ago . it took more than 30 minutes to solve the issue. really, I'm very upset.

They upgraded us to Kaaba view because the room was not ready when we arrived.

Overall the stay was good . However, I made a complaint about the dampness in the room however they said they were fully booked. I couldn’t get a room change . Peak period (Ramadan) .

Thank you Mr Abdul Azeez,the first person that we met for check-in for his hospitallity, Mr Mustofa who greet and chatting with me during my wait for the Al Deyafa to open for Sahoor,the lady at tue receptionist who i forgot to ask her name also who helped to arranged for room relocation for us and Mr Yousuf that helped us for room relocation and the housekeeper that prepared our M136 fastly, Abdul Ghani who patiently waited outside our room to collect all the luggages for room relocation, Mr Aa'la who let us inside the Al Deyafa for sahoor instead of our name was mistakenly printed within the iftar list, the front manager that I forgot to ask her name for letting us to check out ba'da zuhoor after confirming our new room being relocate to M136 and the one who i also forgot his name who helped bring down all the luggages down and helping me finding the taxi with the lowest rate. InsyaAllah, i will stay at this hotel again in the future..Thank Rotana for keeping up such a good team members.

The rooms were amazing except the bathroom which was designed with no layout and sitting on the toilet had to be one leg in the shower and one out. Apparently most of the rooms are designed like this. But the food spread was awesome

It’s close to haram and there is a musallah within the building where you can pray in haram without exiting the building
