Very close to the Haram, only 15 min by free bus. Their buses every 45 min

Its away from haram.you have to walk 10min before reaching nearby govt bus station which requires ihram to be worn and a 8 riyal ticket reach haram in 5 mins Reaching haram you have to walk again for 30 mins in ramazan reaching at the front near clock tower. However hotel was good but travelling makes it difficult.

This is our second time staying at this hotel and it did not let us down. The staff are fantastic, especially Abul Kamal- he was so professional and supported our needs very well. Great hotel, not too far from the Haram.

Almost everything since the moment we arrived — very helpful and sincere reception, clean rooms, possibility for early check-in... Indeed, it just felt like home to rest safely after long and crowded visits to Masjid al-Haram. The room was super clean, people were helpful, and food seemed decent even though we did not try it. Good location with satisfying services such as supermarket, a nearby restaurant, and stores if you need to buy something during your Umrah. I would recommend it to anyone to stay in the future.

The location is close to the Aljamart bus stop which takes you to haram . Customer service was amazing specially the receptionist Azza ,, appreciate her swift assistance.
