We enjoyed a beautiful riverview king room. The view was genuinely gorgeous. The whole hotel seemed a slice of luxury right in the city. I also liked that there was a bathtub in the bathroom, which not all 4-star hotels have these days.

1. Very convenient location – close to everything we needed. 2. Beds were comfortable and made for a good night’s sleep. 3. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Room too close to lifts. Very noisy. Hotel overrun by bus loads of Asian tourists. Made it difficult to use lifts at times. Hotel should have provided a wrangler.

The property is lovely, with amazing views of the river and amazing breakfast and restaurant facilities. Location is great, perfect for shopping and for visiting the riverfront and gallery.

Large room, great view, comfy bed and really spacious and modern bathroom. Nice and close to lots of bars and food. Really enjoyable stay. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Didn't try the buffet breakfast but it looked good, just had an excellent coffee and sourdough toast seated looking out on Russell St, lovely way to start the day, staff are excellent.
