A great place to base yourself to explore Kyoto by the sea. The staff were very helpful. The accommodation had a lovely community area and laundry. The rooms were well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend to others and would stay again.

Friendly staff, spacious, clean and quiet room. Nice common area down stairs, with a good coffee maschine. Only a 10 minute walk from the train station Miyazu. We would definitely stay there again.

Very convenient location. Very spacious room relatively. Friendly and helpful staff. The only shortcoming is that the parking lots at the building were limited. I parked my car across the trunk road in a multi-story Carpark ~100 m opposite the hotel.

This is a really nice hotel. It is a great location - a bus to Amanohashidate and the sand-spit viewing platforms is just 3 or 4 minutes walk away. The hotel is very clean, staff are extremely friendly, the bedroom is large by Japanese standards and is very clean too and comfortable. the bed is wonderful! The public room is nice and coffee is available all day. Plenty of restaurants nearby. It is 15 minutes walk for the station, or a short taxi ride

Possibly the most comfortable bed and pillows of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in Japan. The king size bed is awesome Large room and great shower

We loved the downstairs communal lounge/kitchen. Great for preparing dinner and having free coffee when you need one. Bed and pillow very comfortable. Shower is enclosed with a screen and great pressure. The room is like new. Very clean.
