The decor of the hotel was very nice. Religious artifacts helped to create an ambiance worthy of "friales." The manager Alejandro (?) was outstanding. He was very friendly, spoke good English and was very helpful and accommodating. The rooftop patio was delight

Central, clean good access to restaurants and tourist attractions, extremely helpful staff. It has a beautiful terrace.

Very beautiful historical building in the center of Oaxaca. There’s no restaurant in the hotel, but we didn’t missed it because everywhere around you can find bars and restaurants. The hotel has a rooftop terrace with a view over the city. This was great for New Year’s Eve. Rooms are beautiful decorated and very clean. At night it’s quiet even in the city center. The bed was huge and comfortable.

The hotel is in an excellent location. It’s close walking distance to everything - Santo Domingo church, markets, cafes and restaurants, zocalo, museums and gardens. We especially loved the staff. They went out of their way to help us book a cooking class last minute, after the one we had booked cancelled on us.

Nice room, and the upstairs rooms are quieter. The staff requested a very early taxi for me and it arrived as requested with no worries.
