Staff were very friendly and allowed us to check in earlier due to our flight. Any questions we had they would be able to answer. The location was really convenient, everything within walking distance. The view of the lake was pretty, great to wake up to; the value for money is no complaints from me.

Swimming pool was very nice, clean, pool area was very nice, room was clean, spacious, comfortable beds, elevator was available, locations was perfect, in quite are, 2minutes from the lake and restaurants, 10min from Ochryda city centre
