Wow, its a very-very perfect place. It could not have been better. Clean, confortable, big room. Breakfast was amazing. The owner was very fiendly. In my opinion - best place to stay in US.

Very easy to check in, very clean rooms with lots of amenities from Microwave, coffee machine, kettle, to a fridge you get everything you need. It’s very close to Bryce Canyon and even though they don’t offer breakfast in the off season, they put fruit, oats, coffee, etc. In the rooms! Very nice stay would definitively recommend and go there again. ( you also get free parking and stores and restaurants are very close)

It was lovely- well thought decorated, clean, quiet. We got our needed rest and relaxed. Absolut kind and helping owners who take time to meet your needs. The breakfast was delicious healthy and absolutely lovely.

Easy checkin, clear instructions, great home made breakfast. Room was spacious and clean. The seatings in the shared garden were also a plus.

A marvelous place both inside and out. Attention to detail and very tasteful decoration everywhere. Our room was very large, had a walk in wardrobe, a free standing bathtub and a huge shower room. It was the only place out of 9 we stayed at in our road trip which had both hard and soft pillows as opposed to the very soft "standard issue" ones. The check in process is a bit strange but effective. You arrive at any time, there is an envelope with your your name, key, instructions and breakfast order sheet, you take it and off you go. The breakfast was really tasty had lots of choice and was served at our table in proper plates and "real" cutlery as opposed to the totally plastic cutlery and single use plates that we had everywhere else we stayed in out trip (at places on avegage double the price of Panguitch). Amazing value for money!

Our room was lovely, comfortable and very well equipped. The breakfast was great. The grounds of the penguin house were lovely, well-maintained, and provided many outdoor options for sitting or eating outdoors.

Nice house with a pleasant well-kept garden, conveniently located to visit Bryce Canyon National Park (30min by car). Cozy, clean and spatious room. Useful heather that heats the bathroom up in few seconds. Free parking space.
