The staff are excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The location was superb, as soon as you leave the end of the street you can see the Eiffel Tower. Walkable to major tourist attractions. The breakfast was very good and worth the money.

Staff are the best thing, friendly and welcoming and always happy to help. The restaurant was very good I had breakfast everyday and dinner on one night and it was a great experience.

Very nice staff and location but long waiting time to get things checked in, lining up for breakfast the first day took for ages despite no que and plenty of free tables. Second day was better but still something we remember and it feels a little annoying hence the relative high price of the room.

Great staff, great staff, great staff! We got all our demands perfectly satisfied and problem solved. Especially thanks to the guest manager, for your professionalism. Rooms are quite clean. Breakfast has great taste with plenty of choices, and the restaurant staff are nice and efficient.

Paul ,who did my reservation ,went out of his way to make sure, I was able to get the pass, it was 2 days before the Olympics . The reception staff was very courties and professional.

the breakfast was great there are plenty choices of food! the breakfast team was superb, they do their job above and beyond, we were stay for four nights and every day was wonderful!
