You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation.The resort offers a chargeable private speedboat or private catamaran from Phuket (75 minutes). Both airport and hotel transfers are included in this transfer service. Flight arrivals should be at least 2 hours prior to the boat departure time. Hotel transfers within Phuket must be confirmed 24 hours in advanced. Guests who are interested in using the service can contact the resort directly. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.The resort can be reached by a public ferry from Phuket to Tonsai Pier (within 2 hrs.) and then a local public long-tail boat to the resort (20 minutes).Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Excellent snorkeling very close to the beach! Good breakfast. Good diving shop. Very nice free cookies (especially pineapple ones!) at the reception. Very close to the local town with excellent Thai restaurants.

It's difficult to put into words how idyllic and magnificent this place is. We stayed Monday to Friday and could have stayed another week easily. From our arrival by boat to our departure, this is by far the most lovely resort holiday we have had. The resort staff do absolutely everything they possibly can to make your stay as perfect as they can and we were so sad to leave our wonderful, wonderful Sandra from reception who cared for us in every way we needed. She is a credit to Saii and i look forward to seeing her again next year. I enjoyed an excellent afternoon at the Spa looked after by the beautiful Ausy, who pampered me for two full hours. She is the best. The village behind the resort is the cutest thing and the villagers are very friendly and accommodating to the resort goers. We had multiple massages every day in the village as they are much much cheaper than the resort, and the food and bars are really great too. I can't wait to come back here.. i think this will be the first of many many visits in the future.

Don’t belive people who downgrade this hotel . Only one word ; beautiful! The breakfast is great actually more than great. Good for families and couples. Far away from the Tonsai area you can relax here . Also you can reach the viewpoint 1-2-3 through the Jungle which is a fun adventure.

Location: The resort is in a relatively calmer part of Koh Phi Phi Don island but at the same time it is not in a totally isolated location. There is a little village just behind the resort, where you can find few restaurants, bars, shops, grocery stores, exchange office and a pharmacy. If you are looking for a nice resort and want to have chilled time but do not want to be in a completely remote and isolated place, then this is the place for you. Also you can rent a boat (either through the hotel or directly with the villagers) for 4 or 6 hours for drop-off and pick-up to/from the main town for a fun night at the main town's beach bars, fire shows etc. Beware of the tide timings, which might affect your boat trip (we had to walk in knee deep water to reach the boat during low tide). Room: We stayed in a beachfront junior suite and it was absolutely amazing! Luckily, our suite (115) was the one closest not only to the beach but also to the fun pool, so we could use them both from the sunbeds in our own patio. There is an indoor and outdoor shower and a jacuzzi with a view, which were all amazing. Pool / beach: We only used the fun pool as it was right next to our room, which was nice. There is a bar inside the pool, where you can have your drinks while you are still in the water. They make very good cocktails. The beach is also nice but you need to follow the tide timings. During our stay (early April), the best time for swimming was approximately between 10am and 2pm during high tide. In the low tide, the sea goes few hundred meters away so the pools (or a boat trip) become your only option for swimming. Boat trip: Definitely recommended! We arranged a private speed boat through the hotel for 6 hours. It took us to all the islands and beaches in the area. Good for snorkeling as well. Others: Don't bring any towels. The hotel gives both for shower and for beach / pool / boat trip. We had a couples massage which was very nice.

Tanya. She was an absolute delight to deal with. We had to cut our trip short due to family bereavement and Tanya went out of her way to make sure we could get home as efficiently as possible. Tanya is a credit to this hotel and I couldn’t thank her enough for help!

Excellent facilities and large space in the room. Pools are great with 1 fun pool and 1 lazy pool depending on what you are looking for Restaurants are really good and activities center is very good and helpul You can get bicycle for free to go around.
