We had a lovely stay in the 2 bedroom top floor apartment. It had everything we needed for a weekend stay, was perfectly clean, with super comfortable beds and close to both town for shops and restaurants and the river for walks. Geoff was on hand to answer questions and help us with our bags up the stairs. Would highly recommend.

It was a picturesque and cosy B&B by the river wye and close to the town center. The heated floors added a wonderful touch of coziness and homeliness. The decor was pretty and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Location was great. Town centre is a minutes walk away. Great access to the river too, and the nearby bars and walks. The flat was great, and had everything I needed for a few days, including cooking facilities. With a sofa, double and single room, I was tempted to ask to buy it!

We couldn’t make Breakfast the first day due to commitments in the morning. The price of £15 was too high for a breakfast for us. The room was excellently decorated and the bed extremely comfortable. Coffee and tea provided as well The location was excellent, close to all amenities I would definitely rebook the room if and when I am in the area

What a lovely little gem this guest house is. The owners are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and cosy. And the quirkiness of the whole building completed our stay. There is easy access to pubs, shops, restaurants and the river. I would happily stay here again-and have passed on the details to other people too!

We received a warm welcome on arrival and were shown to a lovely room at the front of the property. The tea tray had a great selection of tea coffee and hot chocolate along with quality biscuits. Towels were lovely and soft and most importantly the bed was large and very comfortable. We will definitely be recommending this property to anyone traveling to Ross on Wye. Although there is no private parking available, we had no trouble parking further down the hill on the road.

Everything was fantastic: the apartment is supper cosy, very well equipped; great location next to the river side and shops. Kim and Geoff are super kind and very helpful. We just loved it, We will come back!
