The fine print
All rooms are on either first or second floor, and there is no lift. The hotel is not suitable for anyone who has difficulty with stairs.Reservations for the restaurant are necessary. To guarantee a reservation at the restaurant please contact the hotel in advance to reserve a table, once you have booked your room. Bar meals are not served on Friday and Saturday nights or when the restaurant is very busy.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

A wonderful quirky hotel with buckets of character. The staff are wonderful, personable and helpful without being obsequious. Very genuine. We really enjoyed our stay. The food was also excellent!

The staff are lovely and the restaurant is a hidden gem. It’s an old building so the floors squeaked, so ask for the top floor if you can.
